These terms cover your use of flipbackreplay.com (the "site"). The site is run by Stefan Tribble ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. The FlipBack Replay software is covered by its own End User License Agreement.
FlipBack Replay isn't on sale yet
Prices, features and specifications on the site describe FlipBack Replay as planned and may change before release. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. When sales open, the terms of sale, including payment and refunds, will be published here and shown to you before you buy.
Hardware recommendations
The recommended computer build and the controllers shown on the site are guidance only. We don't sell or support third-party hardware, and its makers' terms and warranties apply to it. Check that your own equipment and network work with FlipBack before you rely on them for a live show.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break or overload it, get around its security, copy it with automated tools beyond normal search engine indexing, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site's text, screenshots, images, 3D scene and code are copyright 2026 Stefan Tribble, except third-party software listed in Third-party notices. FlipBack Replay and the FlipBack logo are trademarks of Stefan Tribble. NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt NDI AB. Other product names are trademarks of their owners, used only to describe compatibility. Their owners don't sponsor or endorse FlipBack Replay.

No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, that arise from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
